Reef Magic Cruises - "MARINE WORLD":

All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Spirit of Freedom:

An AUD$100 cancellation fee applies from time of booking to 61 days prior to departure. 20% cancellation fee applies with less than 60 Days Notice 100% cancellation fee applies with 21 days or Less Notice All passengers are strongly advised to travel with Travel Insurance that covers for Trip Cancellation and Scuba Diving Evacuation & Medical cover.

Kuranda Scenic Railway:

Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Go Ride a Wave:

Cancellation (within) between 48 hours – 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee. A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.

Brisbane Cruises:

72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Gold Coast:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for any booking cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellations fees of 100% may apply to a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
